These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkr77 ("pkr77", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr77 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at pkr77.app and any associated mobile applications or downloadable software. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the pkr77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the pkr77 registration process and ticking the Terms acceptance box, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a natural person of at least 18 years of age; (b) you are accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational use only; (c) you have not previously been excluded from the Platform or any affiliate platform operated by pkr77; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as agent for any third party. These Terms apply to all use of the Platform including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, slot machines, and any promotional activities.

3. Eligibility

The pkr77 Platform is intended for use by adults aged 18 years and above only. pkr77 does not permit access by minors under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. pkr77 makes no representation that accessing or using the Platform is legal in any particular location. It is your personal responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

pkr77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any point, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4. Account Registration & KYC

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered pkr77 Account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. It is a violation of these Terms to:

• Register more than one Account, whether in your own name or any other name;
• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Allow any third party to use your Account credentials;
• Register on behalf of another person.

pkr77 conducts KYC verification in accordance with its licensing and compliance obligations. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport) and proof of address. KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be required at other times at pkr77's sole discretion.

5. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on pkr77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah, Visa debit, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of deposit.

pkr77 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. All deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming purposes. Deposits made in error cannot be automatically reversed — contact pkr77 support promptly if an error occurs.

pkr77 reserves the right to decline any deposit or require additional verification before accepting funds if there is any reason to suspect irregular activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the Cashier section of the pkr77 Platform. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible;
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 (or the equivalent per method); maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the Cashier;
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full;
• pkr77 processes verified withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe — typical processing times are displayed in the Cashier at the time of request;
• pkr77 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending investigation if irregular activity is suspected.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

pkr77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, enhanced odds, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus funds.

pkr77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotional terms — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential Account closure.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pkr77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. These rules are accessible within each game or sports market on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail for matters within their scope.

pkr77 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where: (a) a technical error or system fault has materially affected the outcome; (b) the bet was placed in error at clearly incorrect odds; (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms or specific game rules; or (d) the integrity of the event or game is in doubt. In cases of voided bets, the original stake is returned to the user's Account Balance.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr77 Platform. Violation of any item in this section will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploitation of software errors, display glitches, or technical faults to generate winnings;
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's Account;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the pkr77 Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr77 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual content — is the intellectual property of pkr77 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pkr77.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr77 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform; (b) any service interruption caused by factors outside pkr77's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or regulatory action; (c) the actions of third-party payment processors; or (d) any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. pkr77's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

12. Responsible Gaming

pkr77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All registered users have access to the following tools via their Account Settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss limits — set caps on the amount you are prepared to lose in a given period;
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a set duration of play;
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period;
• Self-exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from the pkr77 Platform.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

pkr77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) pkr77 receives a regulatory instruction to do so; or (d) the Account holder requests closure. Upon closure, verified real-money balances (excluding pending bonus funds) will be returned to the Account holder via the original payment method subject to KYC verification and outstanding wagering requirements.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr77 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkr77's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the relevant regulatory authority or arbitration body as specified in pkr77's licensing terms. Nothing in this clause limits pkr77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Amendments to These Terms

pkr77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file, and/or by prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the pkr77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
